Kai Franck muotoilupalkinto - Juhani Salovaara 2016

On November 10th, 2016 Nordic ID CEO Juha Reima was happy to witness Juhani Salovaara accept the distinguished Kai Franck Design Prize. Juhani Salovaara has also designed Nordic ID barcode devices and these designs you are now able to see at the Design museum in Helsinki.

Kai Franck Design Prize is a distinguished award in Finland and it has been awarded to designers since 1992. This year the winner Juhani Salovaara is very known to Nordic ID. Juhani has designed the Nordic ID RF series and PL2000 barcode readers. In accordance with the award, some of Juhani Salovaara's designs ended up on display at the Design Museum. Among these designs Nordic ID is proud to see the RF series and PL2000 barcode readers.

The Kaj Franck Design Prize of 2016 awarded by Design Forum Finland has been given to Professor, industrial designer Juhani Salovaara. The prize is one of the most eminent design prizes in Finland and was now awarded for the 25th time.
