Repair Service
As a manufacturer of hand-held terminals Nordic ID stands responsible for providing repair services for its devices during and after the warranty period. Together with partners Nordic ID serves customers troughout Europe. The response times of all Nordic ID repair centers are fast.
Nordic ID works together with full support and primary support partners. The full support centers handle both warranty and non-warranty repair services on behalf of Nordic ID in the countries they are located in. In addition Nordic ID has a growing network of smaller repair centers, primary support partners, who offer the first line of support to their customers locally.

Sending a device to service
In case a unit has been physically damaged or doesn't seem to work, please feel free to ship it to Nordic ID or one of its partners. Please include the following document:
The shipment should always contain a document outlining the following information:
• name of the contact person & phone number & e-mail address
• return and billing address
• a fault description
• serial number of the device
• product type (for example HTA00003)
• reference (optional)
When sending a device to be serviced at Nordic ID HQ, the transport cost is carried by the sender unless separately agreed differently with Nordic ID. You can also make a request for express service (additional charges apply) and a cost estimation.
